Why do every newlyweds always try to make their friends get married? Too often they do that, I wonder, is there some rule written in their marriage certificate: YOU MUST INFLUENCE YOUR FRIENDS TO SIGN THIS KIND OF CERTIFICATE TOO!
I'm exaggerating, of course. But all I want to point out here is, I know getting married have benefits. But not everybody is cut out for it. Me, for example. I love my single life. Still love it, for the time being.
I mean, what's not to like with being single? You only responsible for yourself. You can be ignorant and careless with your life. You can be irresponsible with your income, the best part of being single! ;)
Maybe it got something to do with the fact that I'm a woman. And in here, being a woman is not a really fun 'task' to do. Being a woman here, being single is the only time you can have you for yourself. Before that, you were a daddy's little girl. And after you got married, you are a wife. And then, a mother. And you will slowly vanished to the role. You no longer have your name, or your life, for yourself.
I might be too paranoid, but I'm convinced I'm right. So, I'm just gonna enjoy my moments before I surrender to other role. I will love my husband and my kids to death, but for now, no need to rush into anything. Sit back, relax and enjoy my singlehood..;)
